INGREDJENTI

GHAS-SLALEB

  • 50g dqiq plain
  • Kuccarina sunflower oil
  • Kuccarina icing sugar

GHAL-GLAZE

  • 40g zokor
  • 4 mgharef halib

 

METODU

  1. Gharbel id-dqiq, il-kannella u harira melh. Zid il-hmira, zokkor u il-frott niexef.
  2. Sahhan il-halib u l-butir flimkien sakemm il-butir idub u it-tahlita tigi fietla. Iccekja b’subghajk, thallijiex tigi tahraq hafna ghax inkella il-hmira ma tahdimx.
