Torta tal-Corned Beef (l-ghagina bil-vodka!)

Ingredjenti ghal ghagina

  • 300g dqiq plain
  • Kuccarina baking powder
  • 200g butir
  • 70ml ilma
  • 30ml vodka
  • Ftit melh
  • Bajda xkumata

Ingredjenti ghal mili

  • 2 Laned kbar tal-corned beef
  • Bott zghir kunserva (120g)
  • 4 Karrotti kbar, imqattghin zghar hafna
  • 500g pizelli tal-friza
  • 2 Basliet kbar, imqattghin zghar hafna
  • 6 Patata zghar, imsajjrin u maqtughin f’erba
  • 1 Cube tal-haxix
  • 3 Mgharef zejt
  • Ftit Ilma

Metodu tal-ghagina

IMPORTANTI!

  5. Meta tohrog l-ghagina aqsamha fi tnejn. Ifrixha fuq karta forn bi ftit dqiq u ghattiha b’bicca karta forn ohra.
  6. Ipprepara dixx midluk bil-butir.
    Iftah l-ghagina sakemm tinfetah ikbar mid-dixx. Erfa bil moghod l-ghagina li qieghda fuq il carta forno u eqlibha ghal fuq id-dixx. Aqla il-carta forno bil-moghod u ghafas l-ghagina l-ghagina l-isfel bil-moghod. Tinkwetax jek tinqasamlek, hija facli biex traqqaqha. Taqqab l-ghagina b’furketta mal-qiegh kollu.
  7. Zid il-mili, (kif spjegat hawn taht) ghafas l-isfel bil-wara tal-imgharfa. Ghamel l-ghagina ta fuq bl-istess moghod li ghamilt tal-qiegh.

Metodu tal-mili

  1. Sahhan iz-zejt u zid il-karrotti u basla wahda. Sajjar sakemm il-karrotti jirtabu. Jekk jixxuttalek, zid ftit ilma.
  2. Go borma differenti sahhan ftit zejt u zid il-basla l-ohra. Sajjar sakemm jirtabu u zid il-pizelli frizat. Imla il-borma bl-ilma sakemm kwazi tghatti il-pizelli. Zid il-cube tal-haxix u gholli in-nar. Kif jibda ibaqbaq erga baxxilu, ghamel l-ghatu u hallih itektek ghal madwar 20 minuta. Jekk tarah qed jixxuttalek, erga zid ftit ilma.2.
  3. Sahhan il-forn temperaturat 180ยฐC.
  4. Sadanittant tista issajjar il-patata. Issajjaromx hafna, ara li jibqghu ftit iebsin minn nofs. Kif ilestu, warrobhom fil-genb ghalissa.
  5. Meta jsiru il-karrotti u l-basla, zid il-corned beef u l-kunserva. Hawwad sew u hallihom itektku ghal ftit minuti sakemm tara li l-corned beef tista facilment tghafgu.
  6. Erga hawwad wahda sew u itfi in-nar. Ghaffeg il-patata u zida mat-tahlita tal-corned beef.
  7. Meta tara li l-pizelli saru, nehhilhom l-ilma u zidhom mat-tahlita tal-corned beef.
