- 4 Chicken legs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 sticks of celery
- Garlic cloves
- Bayleaf, thyme, and rosemary
- 2 chicken cubes
- 200ml white wine
- 100ml cream
- Seasoning
- Chop parsley
- 10g cornflour
Method For The chicken Fricassee
- 1) Prepare the onion, carrot, garlic, and celery by chopping them into small cubes
- 2) heat frying pan or (casserole) and fry in the chicken legs until brown
- 3) Remove the chicken, add the vegetables, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
- 4) Add the white wine, reduce then add the chicken stock, bring it to the boil, and then transfer into the casserole
- 5) Add the chicken on top of the sauce and cook on the stove for 45 minutes covered
- 6) Take chicken off, add the cornflour that was mixed with a bit of water to thicken the sauce, and pour can serve with cream mush potatoes. Enjoy!!!
