Ingredients Serves 4-5
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 90g pine nuts
- 150g rocket
- 50g grated parmesan
- 50g pecorino cheese
- 90ml olive oil
- 500g of spaghetti pasta
Method
1) Bring the water to the boil to cook the spaghetti
2) add the pine nuts and garlic and blend
3) add rocket, parmesan, pecorino, oil and salt
4) Turn pesto into large bowl, just before the pasta is ready add 1-2 ladleful of the pasta water
5) drain the pasta tip the pasta into the bowl toss well and serve ENJOY!!!!
NOTE: for the time for the pasta please always check the instructions on the packeAlso, to do basil pesto substitute the rocket with basil
