Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Oranges
  • 1/2 a Pineapple
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Banana
  • 300ml Coconut Milk

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Large knife
  • Chopping board

Method

  1. Peel oranges, slice into segments and squeeze the rest with your hands to get all of the juice out. Add to the blender.
  2. Peel pineapple, carrots and banana. Roughly chop and add to blender.
  3. Add coconut milk and blitz.

Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 Passion Fruit
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 1 Papaya
  • Juice of 1 Orange
  • 4 Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Large knife
  • Chopping board

Method

  1. Cut passion fruits in half and scoop their inside into the blender.
  2. Roughly chop banana and add it to the blender.
  3. Peel and roughly chop the mango, add to blender.
  4. Peel papaya, cut in half and remove seeds. Roughly chop and add to blender.
  5. Squeeze orange and add juice to the blender.
  6. Add ice cubes and blitz everything together.
  7. Garnish with a strawberry or any other fruit you like.
